A man goes for a walk in the country and happens upon a mobile phone base station. The station buzzes with energy and information and within a short while he has been 'zapped' by the information and can read peoples text messages, hear peoples phone conversations and traverse the flow of information itself..
The birth of an entity no one ever thought could exist but all the while was laying dorment, waiting for its chance/The displacement of knowledge and power and human nature's reaction to such...
